RME has two separate yards inside the Chennai Harbour trust with enclosed and open sections spanning a total area of over 10,000 sqft which allows us to carry out extensive fabrication, repairs and maintenance work. The precision and delicate servicing work is done in the service facility outside the harbour. A well-equipped rig for handling large jobs in our open yard along with required jigs and fixtures. |

posses the services of well equipped
machine shops, electrical, electronics
and automation servicing shops and facilities
for servicing of auxiliary machinery.

As a value addition we also posses a tensile test bed as well as a vertical test rig with a total test capacity of 50 and 100 tons respectively along with dead weights up to 100 tons which enables us to undertake complete testing and annual inspection of all Lifting Appliances and Loose Gear certified by DG FASLI, under the Ministry Of Labour and approved by I.L.O. |
